What has kept me at Linedata for so long is having opportunities for career growth and the people I get to work with. Over the years, I've had really good managers who were interested in my success and challenged me with opportunities to help me build my skill-set which is super crucial for growth. I am constantly learning new things about the finance industry, technology, and my role in product, I don't feel bored here. Work environment is also very important to me, I have really awesome co-workers and managers who value my work and are pleasure to be around!

I have been with the company for more than 10 years. I like the stable environment that allows you to develop and grow in your career. While working in one department, you communicate a lot with people doing other jobs in the company and you can decide yourself where you see yourself in the future, where you would like to grow, and which directions look more attractive to you.

I like that Linedata not only supports employee development in their current department but also encourages employee to explore new areas of interests.
This happens when communicating daily with people working in other Teams but also allowing career development flexibility by moving across Teams.
