Tell me about the hardest thing about your job?

The hardest part of my job is informing a candidate that they didn’t get the position. I understand how much effort, preparation, and hope people invest in the interview process, and delivering that news is never easy. While these conversations can be challenging, I always strive to provide constructive feedback to help candidates in their future endeavors. Balancing empathy with professionalism is crucial, and it's something we take very seriously at Linedata, as we believe in maintaining integrity and trust throughout the hiring process.
