At Linedata, our sales onboarding process is very hands-on and focused on learning through experience. A big part of it involves shadowing senior team members to see firsthand how they approach client interactions, pitches, and problem-solving. New hires get the chance to sit in on real meetings, calls, and demos, so they can observe how we tailor our solutions to client needs.In addition to shadowing, we also emphasize one-on-one time with various team members, including sales leaders, account managers, and product experts. This gives new hires a well-rounded understanding of both our sales approach and the technical details of our products and services. It's all about giving them the practical knowledge and support they need to hit the ground running.
