What kind of soft skills have you developed since you joined the firm?

The main soft skills I have developed over the years are communication, teamwork, problem-solving / critical thinking and time management. However, project and people management has also required leadership and active listening. These are developed through coaching, training courses and good books. I have a soft spot for any source that can show it is backed by peer-reviewed research.
