From my own experience I would say that there is room for growth within Linedata. I have been with a company for almost 5 years and I still get to learn new things and skills every day. Company provides materials and videos for improving technical skills and annually organizes training for advancing soft skills.
From career growth perspective, most of my colleagues have started to work in Support team once they have got to know company's products they have moved to other departments like implementation, quality assurance or other teams depending on individual interests.
