Jeff, what are the projects that you typically work on? And what are some of the tools that you use to manage the projects?

Great to hear. Our PMO office provides individuals with opportunities to gain exposure/insight into almost every aspect of the Asset Management front and back office operations. Always something different in each effort. Never a dull moment.

WE provide flexibility in how we manage projects and the PMO overall. We leverage the best parts of Six Sigma, Agile ect and tailor them to the type and size of efforts. It helps keep your independent style of managing an effort but at the same time a governance structure which will help you succeed
