What is your approach since pandemic? Are you going to hire people from other cities than Mumbai/Chennai and let'em WFH?

Hi,
We continue to hire based on business needs and look to add the best people in our team. We care about our people and their safety and hence the teams are working from home, at this point of time. The same policy applies to new additions to our team. Whenever there will be a change in policy, based on the circumstances, the new rules will be applicable to the teams. But, I would reiterate that we at Linedata have top priority for the safety and wellbeing of everyone.
