How do you work in a team in your job?

Hi, I have a lot of opportunities to work with different teams of Linedata. First I'm part of the finance team which is a global team, even if I'm based in Seattle I work with collegues in Boston, Paris, Tunis when I need their assistance or imput to build my reporting, issue payments, etc. I also work with a lot of other teams when they need some imput or advises. For example I can work with the HR team on recruitments, with the R&D team to help them estimate how much we will need on invest on the development of our next feature, or the consulting team to see if a project will be profitable. all those interactions make my job very enriching.
