It is flexible work hours, I am from product development team, so I will share my daily routine. The day starts with our daily agile stand up and we discuss about our work progress and plan for next work items, share any risks, questions we have with the team and work on code, unit tests, discuss requirements, co-ordinate with QA team and break time :)
