Hi, thanks for you question.
I have been able to work on a lot of different projects over my past few years at Linedata. One that is at the top of my list is when I had the opportunity to lead the selection and be part of the implementation of a new ressource management tool for our Professional Services team. That tool help us streamline our decision process within the team by giving more visibility to our needs in a much easier way that how it was done before. It also improve the experience of the end users when entering their time. Seeing improvement for both users and decisions makers was a great reward for the team that work on the project.
