If you are asking about the flexibility at work, I would say that we have an interesting advantage concerning the work schedules as we have an open range of starting hours. I'm considering this as very helpful since it significantly reduces the pressure to start the work at a specific time everyday.
Another advantage, is the possibility to ask for a remote access and work from home. I've experienced this when I was confined to my bed for a short period (for medical reasons).
The most important thing is that whenever we have personal constraints we just need to report them in order to find an arrangement that fits our needs (as collaborators) and Linedata ones on the same time.
