How was your onboarding experience?

I quite enjoyed the onboarding process at Linedata. In the first week, after having met my colleagues in Oxford, I travelled to London to meet various team members there as well as having an induction with HR. It was nice to be able to put faces to names so quickly. I also had a training session in London on the various products we offer and how each of them fits into the business. The process was also very efficient back in the Oxford office - I was set up with the software and ready to work on some simple tasks within a few days. Since then though the onboarding process has been improved massively, there is now lots of online training available to new starters for example.
