What has been your experience of flexible working?

Linedata provides a very gracious flexible working arrangement. My manager trusts that her employees will complete the work and projects on time and allows time for life's challenges to be incorporated. Having the ability to work from home several days per week and adjust my working hours on days when it is necessary contribute immensely to my work-life balance satisfaction. It doesn't hurt that our physical offices are also beautiful and in the heart of the cities where they are located, I enjoy being able to come into the city and grab lunch with my coworkers in person as much as working from home.

I really appreciate the work/life balance with flexible working. Making me a happier and more productive employee and really lets me plan out every aspect of my life. Thanks Linedata!
