I guess the question revolves around flexibility at work in terms of work hours and other aspects pertaining to work-life balance. We have an amazing work environment and relationship with clients and value human relationships. We understand that anyone can have urgent personal commitments. There is flexibility in work timings and if you can fulfill your responsibilities and client requirements there is complete flexibility and great work life balance. My personal experience has been great and if I can meet and sometimes exceed client expectations, then I have complete ownership and flexibility. Hope this helps!
