Please tell me about the biggest challenge you've faced since you joined?

Hello and thank you for your question! When I think about my tenure at Linedata, I would have to say the biggest challenge or a learning curve was getting into the professional field as a new graduate. I personally learn best when I am able to connect new knowledge to my previous experiences, which can be a bit hard when you are just stepping into the professional field, although, its super rewarding when you bridge that gap. Once I was able to get a good base in understanding the industry and the business practices around lending and leasing, every new thing that I learn sticks much better. The challenges are still there, but you develop a mental strategy how to work through them. Your perception of a challenge changes from an obstacle to an opportunity to grow your skill set.
