Hello,
If you are invited to the interview, this means that you successfully passed written tests for your position and proved that you have basic knowledge and skills required.
During the interview be prepared to talk more about your work experience if you had it before. Linedata would be interested to know more on responsibilities you had, approaches you used previously. We would be interested to know what the difficulties were you had at your previous job, what you liked doing there and what you didn’t like. We would also ask about the reasons why you decided to change the work and why position in Linedata looks interesting to you. If you apply to the position that doesn’t require work experience and you don’t have any, then we would be interested to know more about your education – what you have studied, which subjects you liked and what was covered there. If you participated in some researches and scientific work, we would be interested to know a bit more on it as well.
During the interview you might have some questions on how would you behave and what would you do in some particular work related situations. Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Lena
