To get everyone to share their brilliant ideas and knowledge whith other and encourage them to bring their campaign ideas to the table, our junior employees need a little motivation.
So to encourage them we recommend : to Schedule regular team brainstorms, Build the right environment, Create innovation zones, be transparent with overall goals, Build a shared, centralized idea bank, Give them feedback, Encourage mistakes, Offer positive reinforcement,
Participate them in the decision-making process and improve the relationship between manager and employee.
