There are different ways of how Linedata measures the success of an employee. For example, we set annual measurable goals where we work to achieve throughout the year, during the annual review process we rate our success based on how we have performed.

There is also onboarding/training for new employees so you can take some time to get settled into the role

Hi Inna. Thanks for the response and hope you are having a good day. Annual review is good to analyse the performance of an employee. Also, I can see that you have started your career at Linedata as a Business Analyst which is one of my goal I have set to become. I wish you all the best for your future goals and
endeavors.

Thank you Pavithran! Yes, I did join Linedata as an Associate Business Analyst straight out of college. I went through an Associate Business Analyst program (ABA Training) which really helped me to get comfortable for the industry/role.

Hi Laurianne. Thanks for the response and your kindness. Also, I would love to work in a diverse environment where I can learn from the people around. It is one of the reason I pursued my master degree abroad which proved to be the best decision.

That's great, Inna. If you don't mind can you share with me one of the biggest challenges you faced in the initial stages of your career?

Biggest challenge - trying to piece together what I knew from prior experiences like school, prior job to the day to day work in the finance space

That will be the biggest challenge for me as well entering the financial space, Inna. My experience is diverse and my skills can always be improved. So, I will try to learn, handle it and overcome by myself.

Yes, and dont fret... it really does come with time! I had to keep reminding myself that! As long as you are willing to learn and take on challenges that's really all it takes.
