Hi Yash, Great question. Performance evaluation is a continuous process at Linedata, including regular feedback, goal setting, and annual performance reviews. Linedata also encourages a culture of recognition and appreciation, a quarterly appreciation exercise like employee of the quarter/year for work excellence. The annual performance review gives employees an opportunity to revisit their performance. Employee's promotion appraisal, bonus and compensation revision are based on this review.
