What are the characteristics of the most successful employees at Linedata?

At Linedata, we all are one huge Team. Very often we need to collaborate with people outside our direct teams, therefore I will start off with a "typical" employee characteristic, but I'd say the most important one - TEAM PLAYER. A team player is a person who is able to engage with all team members and collaborate as an equal. Of course, a great team player must also be a GOOD COMMUNICATOR. A good communicator actively listens, builds good relationships and trust with clients and team members across the company.
GOOD WORK ETHICS is also a must. That would entail but not be limited to punctuality, dedication, initiative, professionalism and desire to learn and improve.

In short, most successful employees are hard-working, open-minded and not scared of challenges. They are caring, smart, sustainable and passionate about their work.
