Yes we organize fun/social activities and townhalls for our employees, there is focus on achieving great work life balance. In 2020 we changed our approach and had quite a few virtual events organised for employees

At Linedata, we have a very open culture and I am very happy to share that the employees care for each other. I guess, regarding your question about what employees enjoy the most, the answer will be different for different people and we have something for everyone.
From work perspective, there is a lot of learning and growth potential which is fun. In addition, we have many events/townhalls.
We also have many sports events and competitions and celebrations around festivals.
