Hi Ekta,
This is a great question! We have well defined career paths at Linedata. As Project Manager you can progress to Senior Project Manager and potentially a Senior Manager and then Director role. There are other career paths as well. We recently promoted a Project Manager to a role on our sales team as a Client Relationship Manager. Thank you for joining our Live Chat today!

Thank you Rita, Jeremy and Tacey. I am glad to be here today. Talent management has always been an amazing motivator for me. Is there any pre-requisite requirements for this role? I have 5 years of experience in similar role (not the exact title as Project Manager) from Dubai (2015-2019). I took a break post moving to Canada in Sep 2019. I am also currently pursuing PMP certification. Is that a must for your PM roles?

Hi Ekta,
Yes for the Project Management role we do require 3+ years experience as a Project Manager preferably in the Software or Financial Services industry. A PMP certification is highly desired but not required.

Great. I do have experience in Project management 4+ years experience in Financial Services industry but like I mentioned my previous job title was different. But I do compensate the lack of designation through my experience. From HR perspective, Will you still consider it?
