How did Linedata support your career growth?

I started at Linedata as a junior developer, each year was rewarding in term of skills acquired and learned.
Actually, at the end of each year, we appraised the achievements of the preceding year and we fixed the new objectives.
I always aimed to become an expert. So, over the years, we fixed objectives that should allow me to acquire that expertise and this reflects my career growth.
