Hi Jeremy, I joined Linedata when I did not have any relevant Financial service experience but I was still given an opportunity here. So from that aspect I'd say Linedata looks at a candidate's overall profile instead of just going by previous work experience, which most of the firms do.

Hi Jeremy!

Soft skills are really important at Linedata, as we believe you can learn hard skills. This is why we focus a lot on our candidates personnality. As an example we've just implemented video interviews to be sent together with the resume, so we can learn more about our candidates. This allow us to have greater diversity.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for your question.

Yes, there is demand for tech talent and the way Linedata differentiates itself is through our culture. Applicants consistently say to me they appreciate that we truly get to know them and understand who they are, what their motivations are and if Linedata is a good fit for them long term. Each person who joins Linedata is joining a work family.

As for diversity, we are proud of the diverse makeup of our culture. We consider the best candidate for each role based on skill and most important, cultural fit. As a global company we have a passionate and caring culture of diverse talent.
