Hi,
We tend to contact colleagues mostly when we need some insight on the tasks we are working on and we are also running out of time for the solution. Of course, receiving some useful advice from a more experienced person on a specific topic has a great value.
However, the case I valued the most is when I received more than what I asked. When a colleague not only suggested how to solve the problem (or at least where to search for some useful information) but also spent some of her/his time to work out a possible solution together. While working in Linedata this happened to me on many occasions and for that I am grateful to my colleagues.
