We do not require previous experience for Support Junior Analyst’s and Quality Assurance Junior Tester’s roles.
We provide induction training and different technical trainings for the new joiners. For employees who have been with the company for more than a year, we provide a license for an e-learning platform that gives access to more than 7000 trainings and is accessible 24/7.

What is the main difference between Junior QA tester & QA tester? How many years of experience you are looking in QA tester ?

Hello Bella,
Thank you for your question. The main difference indeed is in the work experience that we expect the QA Tester to have (2-3 years) while it's not required for Junior QA Tester. Also we would expect the Tester to score higher in our tests than the Junior Tester.

I think that is one of the most exciting aspects of joining Linedata. When we are hiring into Support team, we're not requesting previous work experience and we are providing ample onboarding training - so you would have all you need to succeed if you are excited and motivated. I can share my own personal story, I did not have previous experience in either IT or Finance when I
joined Linedata. It was a steep learning curve, but I would go through that again in a heartbeat!
