From Sales to Human Resources
I began my career in Sales, where I honed my skills in client relations and strategy. Partnering with business owners, accountants, and bankers, I was able to build connections and gain key experience that would later help me down the road. When I transitioned from sales to Human Resources, it was more than a career shift for me; it was a return to a passion I had nurtured since college. Today, as the HR/payroll administrator at Linedata NA, I focus on creating seamless and engaging onboarding experiences for our new hires while managing processes to help ensure smooth payroll operations.
I help get you hired and paid!
As the Human Resources/Payroll Administrator at Linedata NA, I help manage employee relations and payroll functions within the organization. I facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of necessary documentation, set up employee accounts and equipment, and maintain records of employee training and certifications. On the payroll side, I collect and verify data, ensure timely and accurate disbursement of employee direct deposits, maintain payroll reports, conduct audits, and more. Outside of onboarding and payroll, I work with the rest of the NA HR team on various different projects!

Excitement to Work
While it is not a physical metal or an achievement others can see, personally, my greatest achievement here at Linedata is my excitement to work. In the past, I would dread getting up for work, but now that I work for Linedata I get excited every day to work. I always have something to look forward to. Thanks to my amazing NA HR team, they make work feel like home. I feel so accomplished to find a place where I truthfully enjoy working.
