Sometimes it is easier to give up than to keep persevering but, in reality something worth having or being a part of does not come easy. Hence you need to keep trying and never give up, if a door closes remember to keep your head up and keep going.

One of my greatest achievements has been diversifying my role as a legal advisor and stepping into the commercial side of new business sales, despite having no prior experience in this area. This shift was a significant learning opportunity, where I was able to leverage my legal background while developing new skills in business strategy and sales. This experience has expanded my professional capabilities and allowed me to bridge the gap between legal and commercial functions, enriching my overall impact on the organisation.
