Successfully launching an IT software solution for a new financial institution client by meticulously sticking to deadlines and working closely with cross-functional teams in order to provide a strong and customized system. This contributed to significantly enhancing their operations and day-to-day activities. Throughout the project, I maintained constant communication with the client, ensuring that their needs were met and expectations exceeded, ultimately improving their efficiency and productivity. I was effectively training and supporting end users in managing the new IT system. I collaborated closely with them on a daily basis, conducting workshops and presentations to ensure they were fully onboard with the new system. The one thing I have learned during the course of my career is the following: If you choose to move forward in any direction and at some point your realize its probably not optimal or going to produce the benefits you originally projected, have the courage to admit maybe it wasn't such a good idea and seek out other alternatives.
