What do you like about your job and the company?
My main motivator as support analyst is to help clients by finding and offering the best solution for their need. All the good words and positive feedback received from clients strive me to become better at what I do. I enjoy working in support as everyday is different and there is no sense of routine. New challenges that come up everyday make this job interesting and exciting.
Greatest achievements
My greatest achievement working in Linedata as support analyst is becoming a dedicated analyst for one our biggest client. Being dedicated analyst has required to focus on the specific client and provide the best service for them. This opportunity has gave me a chance to prove myself that I can accept challenges and overcome them.

Being able to clearly communicate complex ideas to non-technical people or translate business concepts into actionable plans for software developers is a valuable skill. Be Adaptable and Open to Learning new systems,processes, and methods. Continuous learning will keep you ahead in this ever-changing field.
