Linedata is a place where a person with strong motivation, excellent self management and a willingness to 'get dirty' will be rewarded. You can never give your whole life to work and at Linedata, I strive to maintain a healthy balance of work and life for my team and for myself. With project work, there will be times where we have to push hard and deliver extra efforts, but having strong communication and having fun must be part of it. Life happens outside of work and we cannot neglect it.

In business, as in life, we can always look for ways to improve - be it seeking operational efficiencies or applying lessons learned to our next endeavor. Change is good and when you see an opportunity to improve something, it might just lead to your next promotion!

I suggest don't be afraid to jump into something completely new, it most likely will be exciting, frightful, fun, stressful, but in the end worth it. Growth starts where your comfort zone ends, if you believe that you can do it, you will, if others can do it, why can't you. If you can't go forward and you refuse to go back, this is when you grow, just look around and you will see that there is always a way.
