In 1998, Linedata had 76 employees and achieved revenues of €11m. The new corporate entity benefits at the outset from the best management, technology and operational expertise drawn from its three component companies.

The team started with just my colleague and me. Now it has grown to 13 Testers across 3 regions. We all share the common goal of testing using the best possible methodology as required Task by Task and delivering to the client within time with high quality.

Stepping into this dynamic field requires building and developing key skills, such as having a solution-oriented mindset when facing complex challenges, being analytical, thinking critically, and never hesitating to ask questions when something isn’t clear. Be client-centric and listen carefully to their challenges and needs. While you don’t need to be a software developer, having a solid understanding of the technical side of IT systems and how they integrate with business operations is important Develop strong communication skills, as you’ll serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Being able to clearly communicate complex ideas to non-technical people or translate business concepts into actionable plans for software developers is a valuable skill. Be Adaptable and Open to Learning new systems,processes, and methods. Continuous learning will keep you ahead in this ever-changing field. Stay Organized and Manage Time Well , as the complexity of projects and frequent travel, time management is needed. Staying organized, by trackin the tasks and deliverables, and especially not being afraid to ask for help when it's needed.
