Hi Sana regarding the product support role based in Tunisia do you think technical background is enough or need finance?

Hi Technical background is required but functional skills about credit and finance is also an advantage to understand software rules and programs. You have to know that many skills are shared with other common notions : customers, suppliers, contract, invoicing, payments, rates, schedules. So , if you have some experience with other softwares you will able to understand that.
