What support for personal development / training is provided?

Linedata understands the importance of personal development and trainings, gives everyone an opportunity to express their wishes, also suggests to the employees possible development directions. At least once per year each employee has personal development talks where can be discussed how employee would like to develop, what manager considers should be developed and the plan how to reach this is worked out for the year.
When technology develops so fast, Linedata understands the importance of learning and training. We are using learning platforms like Pluralsight where each employee can watch and do courses he or she is interested in and finds useful. Linedata uses 3rd parties for some more specific courses if this is required. And of courses there are lots of sessions inside the company within the teams and between the teams to share knowledge and skills with everyone in the company.
