What's the best training to become Software Engineer ?

This is quite a difficult question to answer, there are a number of useful skills to learn and a lot of approaches to learning them. When I started in software engineering, I found a job that offered training as part of the package. From my point of view, this is a very good way to get into the industry. Courses on the internet can be comprehensive, but don't offer real world experience.

It's also difficult to answer because different teams are looking for different skills for entry level positions. Often a good thought process can go a long way, rather than knowledge of specific programming languages. A good start would be to see if you can find an interesting "getting started" course on C# online. It's an accessible language and you should be able to get going quickly. You could try Pluralsight - I think you can get a 10 day free trial.
