Do we have any refreshment activities, gala time or sports activities happens in gravitas ?

Sure: our carrom boards are usually full - usually a queue to join

Also we have yearly football (5 a side) & cricket tournaments taking place

This is really a great thing, i mean apart from the work if we have such kind of things around, then it would really be a perfect thing to get our working culture and atmosphere best

Yup - our pantry/game room is usually buzzing with people. There always an opportunity to have a coffee with your team mates or a game of chess with new friends :)

Just to understand whether we have a micro level monitoring on employees towards their work, for eg. if we have finished the task and we have a free time to spend and also there is no important work to do, still we have to sit on a desk due to micro level monitoring.

Shall we utilize those time in fun activities or in pantry.

As far as job expectations are met, one is free to hang around the pantry & socialize with co-workers
