How you like to define work culture category wise - Challenging and stressful, Medium, freedom of work no stress?

Hi Mayuresh,
I would define QA work as challenging but wouldn’t say it is stressful for me. These challenges help you to avoid routine in your daily work and force you to look at the similar things from a different angle. There is no solution that works in every case and you need to be creative to find the right approach to the task or new people working with you.
I am also very excited when by the end of the project I see that new things are conquered. This makes me feel good.
