Why did you choose linedata and are women there treated equal to men ?

I chose Linedata because of the culture, environment and the opportunities you get here. Some of the biggest names in Financial Services are our clients and it is a fantastic exposure. Yes absolutely! Women and men are treated equally.

I love your direct question Fehmi. I've chosen to join Linedata 2.5 years ago, as I saw a great potential for growth for myself and also to build a strong HR function. I really recognized myself in Linedata values and it was important for me to join a company where I will feel aligned with the beliefs. I can tell you I made the right choice :)

And no doubt men and women are treated equally, we have in fact lots of women in the company vs. our industry!

Hi Fehmi, Thank you for your question. I chose Linedata because of the people who work here. The culture supports career growth and innovation. And yes women are supported equally to men. We just celebrated International Women’s Day and several male leaders participated in the discussion and support of gender equality. I enjoy this culture of recognition and progress.

Salaries depend on roles and competence and not gender

And we have many women in top leading positions, which is also important.
