Team Leader - Product Support
In Support we start our day by making sure that our system is working properly and that it's ready for business activities of our clients.
After that is done we get ourselves a coffee and start to look at questions that are coming in from our clients.
Complexity of questions varies a lot, that is why we have one senior analyst every day who distributes questions based on everyone's experience, workload and other aspects.
The best part is that we have backing from other teams and more senior members of our team to make sure that you can answer the question and also understand the answer yourself.
