Linedata is a place where a person with strong motivation, excellent self management and a willingness to 'get dirty' will be rewarded. You can never give your whole life to work and at Linedata, I strive to maintain a healthy balance of work and life for my team and for myself. With project work, there will be times where we have to push hard and deliver extra efforts, but having strong communication and having fun must be part of it. Life happens outside of work and we cannot neglect it.

I suggest don't be afraid to jump into something completely new, it most likely will be exciting, frightful, fun, stressful, but in the end worth it. Growth starts where your comfort zone ends, if you believe that you can do it, you will, if others can do it, why can't you. If you can't go forward and you refuse to go back, this is when you grow, just look around and you will see that there is always a way.

Life (personal and professional) is truly a winding road. It is never straight ahead, paved perfectly, or timed exactly. As you move forward through your career, do your job the best you can and be curious enough to keep learning along the way. Eventually through experience, trial and error, and knowing yourself, you will find your place, discover where you want to be, and create the balance you seek in life.
