How do you handle being a women in a tech environment?

Hi Pauline, i've started working in Technology when I was 25, after automotive and consultancy experiences. 10 years after I always enjoy working in this always evolving world and I love meeting bright minds. I've joined Linedata 2.5 years ago, and I couldn't be more happy.

There is a lot of great talent here at Linedata. Working in tech is empowering, fun and there is always something new so never a dull moment! :)

We have several technical women mentors who can support you and share their own experience and success here at Linedata.

I studied Spanish all throughout my schooling years, and I always wanted to somehow implement my skills to my job. So with Linedata I had some oversees opportunities where I spent some time working in South America, Colombia. This was an awesome experience to finally implement Spanish language into my daily work! Challenging but so rewarding.

As a woman in tech, I see myself providing a diverse, different point of view to the team. Teamwork is huge to make a successful product, in my opinion diversity is key in making this happen.

Hi Pauline, I have been working in the technology and software industry for over 30 years. The majority of my career has been with Linedata in a variety of roles initially in application support servicing ourclients and the through a number of management stages to my current position as support Director across the region, I have always used each new role as an opportunity to collaborate with new teams and in doing so have gained new knowledge and skills.,
