Day to day life at Linedata is very good, we get to meet our colleagues (on the days teams are working from office), collaborate with them on different projects and work towards offering work class solutions to our clients. From a culture standpoint we encourage employees to achieve their aspirations. Employees are given the freedom to make decisions and work independently. We have the fun element through lot of engagement activities and there is a lot of focus on development of our employees.
